Agrahara Members Given Until July 31 to Update Their Details

Members of the Agrahara Insurance Scheme have been given until July 31 to update and approve their information in the Agrahara Database, as the National Insurance Trust Fund (NITF) moves to ensure claims are processed without delays.

The NITF has urged all members to complete their registration and check that their personal details in the database are accurate before the deadline.

Why Members Need to Update Their Information

According to the NITF, keeping member records up to date is important for the smooth processing of Agrahara insurance claims and benefits.

Members have been advised to review their information and submit any updates before 31 July. This will help avoid delays when making future claims under the Agrahara scheme.

Institutions Also Have a Role

The NITF said the update process does not end with the member’s submission.

Subject officers responsible for Agrahara matters at each institution must first verify the information provided by members. The head of the institution must then approve the updated details before the process is completed.

The Fund has therefore urged members to work with their respective institutional officers to ensure all required approvals are completed before the deadline.

Updating the database on time will help the NITF maintain accurate records and provide faster access to Agrahara benefits for eligible members.
