he Sri Lankan Rupee weakened slightly against the US Dollar today (27), although the movement remained small with the dollar continuing to trade above Rs. 340.
According to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, the buying rate of the US Dollar increased from Rs. 331.62 last Friday to Rs. 331.66 today.
The selling rate, which reflects the price customers pay to buy US Dollars from banks, also edged up from Rs. 340.79 to Rs. 340.83.
