Hilton Yala Resort has been recognised in Tripadvisor’s Travelers’ Choice Awards for 2026, placing the property among the top 10% of listings worldwide based on guest reviews and ratings.
The recognition highlights the growing importance of customer experience and online reputation in the tourism industry, where traveller reviews increasingly influence booking decisions and destination choices.
Tripadvisor’s Travelers’ Choice Awards are based on reviews and ratings submitted by guests over 12 months.
As the world’s largest travel guidance platform, Tripadvisor uses direct traveller feedback to identify accommodation providers that consistently deliver positive guest experiences.
Ranked Among Top Value Hotels
Hilton Yala Resort was also ranked as the No. 8 Best Value accommodation provider among 3,232 places to stay in Sri Lanka listed on TripAdvisor.
The resort was the highest-ranked hotel in Yala and the only property in the destination to be included among Sri Lanka’s Top 10 Best Value Hotels.
The latest recognition marks the third consecutive year that Hilton Yala Resort has received Tripadvisor’s Travelers’ Choice distinction.
According to the resort, the recognition reflects guest feedback on accommodation, service, dining experiences and wildlife-based activities offered at the property.
