Dialog Axiata has completed an enterprise strategy exercise with MTI Consulting, with a focus on two areas: Telco connectivity and Tech-Co ICT.
As an enterprise connectivity provider, Dialog Enterprise is combining advanced ICT solutions with connectivity infrastructure as it looks to support businesses in a fast-changing global market.
The strategy focuses on helping enterprises scale securely, innovate rapidly and remain competitive through the combination of connectivity and technology solutions.
Strategy targets different enterprise needs
The strategy also reflects different technology needs across the business sector.
For MSMEs, MTI Consulting CEO Hilmy Cader said technology-driven connectivity solutions are needed to support business growth.
“The nation’s economic turnaround requires a strong MSME backbone, which must be enabled with tech-driven connectivity solutions to grow their businesses. At the other end of the spectrum, large enterprises are fast adopting AI-integrated solutions for cybersecurity, information security, and cloud-native applications.”
The strategy therefore covers both connectivity needs and the growing use of ICT solutions by businesses.
Large enterprises are increasingly adopting AI-integrated solutions for cybersecurity, information security and cloud-native applications.
Dialog and MTI bring different expertise
Commenting on the strategy exercise, Supun Weerasinghe, Group CEO of Dialog Axiata, said:
“This engagement with MTI Consulting has been a valuable and thought-provoking exercise, bringing fresh perspectives and insights on the evolving opportunities and challenges shaping the enterprise landscape,”
