INSEE Ecocycle has become the first waste management company in the country to receive ISO 10004:2018 certification for its customer satisfaction management system.
The certification recognises organisations that follow internationally accepted guidelines for monitoring customer satisfaction, managing customer feedback and improving service quality.
INSEE Ecocycle said the certification reflects its efforts to strengthen customer-focused practices across its waste management operations while improving the way it responds to customer feedback and service expectations.
Chief Executive Officer Eng. Thusith Gunawarnasuriya said the certification reinforces the company’s focus on delivering reliable services while continuing to improve the customer experience.
“Achieving ISO 10004:2018 demonstrates INSEE Ecocycle’s commitment to placing customers at the centre of everything we do. The certification strengthens trust in our services while supporting our goal of delivering sustainable waste management solutions,” he said.
Expands international certification portfolio
ISO 10004:2018 is the latest addition to INSEE Ecocycle’s portfolio of internationally recognised management system certifications.
The company also holds ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 14001 for environmental management, ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety, and ISO 39001 for road traffic safety management.
With the addition of ISO 10004:2018, INSEE Ecocycle has expanded the range of internationally recognised standards it applies across its operations.
