SriLankan Airlines has extended the suspension of flights between Colombo and Dammam and Riyadh until October 24, 2026.
The airline said the decision follows the prevailing security situation in the region.
Both routes were already suspended following recent security incidents. The latest decision means passengers will face continued disruption on these Saudi Arabia services.
When Will Flights Resume?
SriLankan Airlines said it will resume services once conditions are assessed as suitable for commercial flight operations.
Passenger and crew safety remain the airline’s highest priority, it said.
No new date beyond October 24 has been announced at this stage.
