The Embassy of Sri Lanka in Türkiye showcased the island nation’s unique tourism offerings at the Antalya Tourism Fair 2024, held from October 23 to 25, attracting significant global interest in Sri Lanka’s travel potential. Recognized as a prominent event in the Mediterranean tourism scene, the fair drew over 40,000 visitors and 748 participants from 50+ countries, including leading global travel and hospitality experts.

- Spotlight on Ceylon Tea: Authentic Ceylon tea emerged as a focal point at the booth, drawing numerous visitors and emphasizing Sri Lanka’s appeal through its high-quality, authentic products.
- Cultural Exhibits: Showcasing Sri Lankan batik items, videos, and banners, the booth created an immersive experience that promoted the nation’s diverse cultural and tourism appeal.
During the event, Embassy officials engaged with industry stakeholders to explore potential collaborations, positioning Sri Lanka as an attractive destination for Turkish and international travelers.
