Sanken Overseas Pvt Ltd handed over a cheque to the Sri Lanka Navy on September 19, 2024, for the installation of a medical-grade RO plant at the National Hospital, Colombo. The cheque was presented to the Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Priyantha Perera, at Navy Headquarters.
This project, initiated under the Naval Social Responsibility program, will utilize the Navy’s manpower and industrial expertise. Responding to a request from the Director of the National Hospital, Sanken Overseas stepped in with financial support, following an appeal by the Navy Commander.
The event was attended by key representatives, including Commander Buddhika Randimal, Mr. Mevan Gunathilake, Managing Director of Sanken Overseas, and Dr. Pradeep Rathnasekara, Deputy Director of Colombo National Hospital.
