The shares of Digital Mobility Solutions Lanka Ltd (CODE: PKME-N-0000) commenced trading on the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) on 3rd October 2024. The shares are listed on the Main Board of the CSE under the ‘Passenger Ground Transportation’ sector. The occasion was marked with a special Bell Ringing Ceremony.
The Company’s Offer for Sale of 43,474,179 ordinary voting shares at LKR 36.00 per share was successfully oversubscribed by 2.7 times, demonstrating strong investor confidence in its prospects.
The event was attended by Digital Mobility Solutions Lanka Ltd. (PickMe) Founder and CEO, Mr. Jiffry Zulfer; Chairman and Director, Mr. Ajit Gunewardene; Head of Corporate Finance and Director, Ms. Tasnim Salie; CFO, Mr. Maduranga Kulathilaka; and COO, Mr. Isira Perera.
