The Sri Lankan Rupee experienced a slight depreciation against the US Dollar today (Sep 18) compared to last week, as per the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. The US Dollar’s buying rate rose from Rs. 296.45 to Rs. 297.72, while the selling rate increased from Rs. 305.77 to Rs. 307.01.
Additionally, the Rupee weakened against a range of foreign currencies but saw an appreciation against Gulf currencies.
